Every Saturday there’s the centrally located Gammel Strand Flea Market – and the larger Nørrebro Flea Market, located along the 300 metre-long Assistens Cemetery wall on Nørrebrogade.
Both markets are good places to go if you’re looking for antiques, household items or Royal Copenhagen and other porcelain.
The Copenhagen Flea Market, on Israels Plads, near the Nørreport S-Train Station, is the oldest flea market in Copenhagen and many professional dealers sell antiques, silver, jewellery and other fine objects here.
For bargain clothing and various bric-a-brac, check out the flea market behind the Frederiksberg City Hall.
If you’re looking for an indoor market that is open all year-round, there’s the Rovsingsgade Market in the Østerbro district of Copenhagen. There is an admission charge to this market, which is open every Saturday and Sunday.
