Only the half tour!

Don`t take this bus! Our family visits copenhagen in august 2010. We took the bus at 11:30 and tried to made the whole tour. But this was not possible. At first the bus stopped in the middle of the tour because the busdriver had to go for lunch.Second time the bus stopped and the busdriver told us the tour is over. Why?? There are only a few buses and a long time to wait. Take the red buses!

Same Experience on July 12th

my post of TAKE THE RED BUS, was on July 12th a Monday. It appears they have problems every day. We had to sit at the first stop for 50 minutes while people argued with the driver for their money back. the driver had money and would not give it back. This company is an insult to the integrity of the people of Denmark.

TAKE THE RED BUS

Horrible experience. Very few busses. We purchased our tickets, bus was full, and at the first stop 50 people had been waiting 45 minutes for a bus and had no way to get back to the cruise ship. They refused to issue a refund and as soon as the busses are filled the ticket sales people disappear. While frantically trying to get back to our cruise we had red busses stop and offer us a ride, when the green bus came I stood in the middle of the road to stop him and he tried to run me over. We s

Team Open Air - give us an email address

Team Open Air - I am not a company - I am one of a group of 6 people that bought a ticket for your Jump On - Jump Off tour and was totally disatisfied with the service. If you will post your email address I will send you copies of our tickets and a photo of one of the people in our group asking the driver of your bus to let us on and he refused (we were there on Friday June 18). I will provide a detailed account of exactly what happened if you provide an email address as I am not wasting any mo

Answer from Open Air Sightseeing RE: Fraud and rip off

Dear all, Please note we are a serious company, with no intentions to any "fraud" or "rip off". During the summer many attractions has long lines, waiting hours etc. And this has also been the case for our tours. We have stated 30-45 minutes frequency, and we do not sell the tour with any other input. Some of the stops (City Hall) have even better frequency than 30 minutes. But we do not guarantee this. Delays have been a problem, and this is of course a focus for us to continue to develop.

Green Busses are a Rip Off Company - take the Red Busses!

I wish I had read this before the cruise. There busses look great - there sales people at the NCL Pier are very friendly but stay away from the Green Bus. They don't stop at scheduled stops - they must only have a couple of busses since wait times are over an hour and that is if they show up at all - Take the Hop On - Hop Off Red Busses - we saw them everywhere and they seemed to run every 10 minutes of so. With this company we ended up walking over 4 miles trying to get to a stop. We saw on

My name is David Whitesides. I am a passenger on the Norwegian Cruise Lines Ship, the "Sun." Today is Monday the 12th and I am writing you as we sit docked in Copenhagen in the Langelinie cruise ship harbor. The current time in Copenhagen is 12:01 PM- and I am reporting to you a horrible experience occurring on an "Open Air Sight Seeing Tour Bus- Jump On- Jump Off."
